Shipping policy

Physical products are shipped worldwide. All cassette orders will be sent insured and with tracking. After an order is shipped, in most cases it takes around 10-14 days to arrive. But in sometimes it can take up to 20-30 days. When in doubt, please ask before placing orders.

Please make sure to check the status of your shipment with the tracking code provided in the shipping notification you receive from bandcamp once your order is on its way. It should work via the website of your local post a couple of days after your order was shipped.

Vinyl LPs will be shipped WITHOUT tracking and insurance, as DHL simply increased their prices for international shipments too much to make other options feasible. If you still want tracking, please get in touch before ordering. Cassettes will still be shipped WITH tracking.

I hope you understand that if an order is sent back to me because it was not claimed at your local post, I sadly need to charge you for a second shipping - or can only refund the price you paid for the items but not the shipping costs.
