Refund policy

Digital items cannot be returned or refunded. That includes digital music albums and sound packs.

If you are not happy with a physical product that you ordered, you can return it within 14 days after you received it. Shipping costs for returned items have to be paid in full by the customer. Once I receive the returned item, I will refund the costs for the item, but not for the initial shipping to the address you provided. So you will just receive a refund for the items you purchased without shipping costs.

When a shipped item is missing, I will initiate a search request via Deutsche Post / DHL /USPS if possible depending on the type of shipping.
