Refund policy

Digital items can not be returned.

If you are not happy with a physical product that you ordered, you can return it within 14 days after you received it. Shipping costs for returned items have to be paid in full by the customer. Once I receive the returned item, I will refund the costs for the item, but not for the initial shipping to the address you provided. 

When a shipped item is missing, I will initiate a search request via Deutsche Post if possible depending on the type of shipping.
